Are you insured & certified?

We are fully insured and the team are certified to used the plant and machinery. We ensure certificates are kept up to date with IPAF, CPCS etc.

Who will work on my project?

We employ our own team who will see your project through from start to finish. If necessary, we may employ a subcontractor to work alongside our team. This will only be done where we need a specialist trade. Your contract will always be with Emerald Maintenance.

How often will you come to maintain our premises?

We will come as often as you need us. Whether that is once a week, one a fortnight or once every 6 months. We will discuss your needs and make a plan to suit your needs.

What are your payment terms?

Payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice.

What kind of line painting do you do?

Whether its a private car park, a warehouse or a yard we can mark out parking spaces, disabled parking spaces, lorry bays, walkways, pedestrian crossings and more

Do you use the paint strips that you burn on?

We use a variety of different products. We will do an in initial site visit to assess the ground conditions and decide on the best fit product.

How do you install the safety barriers?

On our site visit we will determine the best course of action whether they are bolted down or concreted in. This will depend on a variety of factors such as use of barriers, floor type and condition etc.

FAQ -concrete and asphalt repairs

Will you need to dig out a large section?

Not usually, there may be times when it would be more cost effective to dig out a larger area, when there are several holes next to each other or a particularly large pot hole. Where possible, we will minimise cutting out and simply repair the pot hole as it.

How quickly can we drive on it?

For small asphalt repairs, compacted, it can be driven on immediately. For the concrete repairs, it has a curing time of 15 minutes and will be traffic ready in 60 minutes.
