We employ our own team who will see your project through from start to finish. If necessary, we may employ a subcontractor to work alongside our team. This will only be done where we need a specialist trade. Your contract will always be with Emerald Maintenance.
We will come as often as you need us. Whether that is once a week, one a fortnight or once every 6 months. We will discuss your needs and make a plan to suit your needs.

No, we use solvent epoxy-ester based paint. During our extensive research we have found that the strips are quite temperamental. If not hot enough, they will not stick and if too hot they will burn underneath and crack. We have found the paint to be a much better product which last just as long a the thermoplastic product.
On our site visit we will determine the best course of action whether they are bolted down or concreted in. This will depend on a variety of factors such as use of barriers, floor type and condition etc.
Not usually, there may be times when it would be more cost effective to dig out a larger area, when there are several holes next to each other or a particularly large pot hole. Where possible, we will minimise cutting out and simply repair the pot hole as it.
For the asphalt repairs, compacted, it can be driven on immediately. For the concrete repairs, it has a curing time of 15 minutes and will be traffic ready in 60 minutes.
